Last week’s poisoning angle was a bit silly, but it did have one positive result: Bianca Belair got some screentime, and she got a victory Monday night.

Belair came to husband Montez Ford’s defense last week, verbally laying into Zelina Vega, which set up Monday’s bout between the two. This match came on the heels of Angelo Dawkins toppling Andrade in a one-on-one match to also get a measure of reprisal for his tag partner.

The EST of WWE got to showcase her talents, catching a Vega crossbody attempt and turning it into a press slam before hitting the KOD for the win. It was funny to see her as the serious face as a counter to the Street Profits’ comic shtick, but it worked pretty well.

Now, let’s get Belair rolling a bit. She’s pretty damn talented and has been sitting on the sidelines for a while now.
