8 Ways To Make A Bigger Star Out Of Rusev Feuding With John Cena
7. Have A Demonstration Which Results In The Desecration Of Cena's "Propaganda" (Merchandise)
For several years now, one thing that has been consistent with John Cena is his ever changing collection of merchandise. He has been the biggest seller of merchandise for a long time now, so it always makes sense that it is always changing into a new color scheme. At first it would start off with the shirt, hat, and armbands. More recently, Cena has added the "Never Give Up" towel to the collections. This could be something for Rusev to target. Propaganda is involved with every country and government as a way to either help or harm a movement. Over the past year, we can view everything that has been presented by Rusev and Lana as propaganda for the Russian government. What Rusev can do is turn Cena's merchandise around as negative propaganda against Americans, and of course Cena himself. Some have poked fun at Cena's merchandise before. Rock has called Cena a Fruity Pebble, and that has led to Cena being on the cover of a box of cereal. CM Punk also called out Cena's position in the company, along with his merchandise during his run of pipebombs. What has never been done before is someone taking that merchandise and completely destroying it. Even though it will probably garner a lot of cheers, a demonstration of burning Cena's hat, shirt, and towels would strike a chord with the WWE Universe, and definitely will draw the ire of Cena.
