The former NFL linebacker was an athletic freak and physical force in the ring, and had a unique, deep raspy voice. But he never could match his mic skills to his physical prowess in the days where superstars were rarely scripted. He famously would get in a hurry during his promos and combine words and make others up, like in his promo in the video game WWF War Zone.
What the hell did he say? And does it really matter? If he was making up words and yelling at me, I would get out of his way regardless of if it made sense. Too bad he never was able to get it together in WWE. I always liked his look and the intimidation factor he had.
