8 Worst WWE Tag Champs Of Brand Extension Era

6. Jason Jordan & Seth Rollins (Raw)

Get used to seeing Seth Rollins on this list, though it’s not really his fault.

Way back in 2017, Kurt Angle found out he had an illegitimate son: Jason Jordan. The storyline was designed to get Jordan over as a singles star, but fans weren’t buying it. That didn’t stop WWE from trying, though.

Although they weren’t exactly getting along on Raw, Jordan and Rollins teamed up on Christmas night 2017 to dethrone The Bar and capture the Raw Tag Team Championship, a reign that would last a month until Royal Rumble, when Cesaro & Sheamus would take the titles back.

The idea seemed to be to turn an overzealous Jordan heel (at least that’s how it was shaping up) by having him trying to cosplay as a third member of the Shield with Dean Ambrose out. But sadly, Jordan would go down with a neck injury that required surgery, and he hasn’t wrestled since.

The forgettable run as tag champs might as well have never happened.
