1. Adam Copeland & Christian Cage
The AEW runs of Christian Cage and Adam Copeland have been received very differently thus far. Cage had a good run as a babyface after joining the company, before having one of the best runs of his career as a superb heel and as the head of The Patriarchy. Copeland's style has found it a little harder to translate to AEW's Sickos, with a slew of major disappointments to go alongside his handful of enjoyable moments.
The pair were embroiled in a bitter feud with FTR last year, with Dax and Cash taking things as far as hitting Beth Copeland with a spike piledriver after their loss to the veterans at All Out 2025. Copeland professed to Cage that he "couldn't keep doing this to his family" on the following episode of Dynamite, and neither performer has been seen since.
In truth, Copeland has been away filming the latest series of Percy Jackson and The Olympians and a role in Jason Statham's The Beekeeper 2. It's expected that the legendary coupling of Christian and Cope will be back in time for this year's Double Or Nothing 2026, where it's expected that they will seek revenge on FTR.
