6. Jordynne Grace
Like Punishment Martinez, Jordynne Grace was one of nineteen entrants in the Over Budget Battle Royale, perhaps best remembered in the match for having her face kicked in almost straight after the bell via Ethan Page's pump kick.
It was, as you'd expect, f*cking killer.
'Thicc Mama Pump' spent the majority of the match sitting at the sidelines, effortlessly selling that kick to the face. When she came back into it, however, she really came back into it. Grace stood toe-to-toe with both Brian Cage and Bully Ray, the first of who she eventually eliminated from the match, though not before Cage destroyed her back with a stiff Buckle Bomb.
The future IMPACT Knockouts Champion played her role greatly here. She wasn't there to win the match, but she also wasn't intended to be a big player in the bout, either; instead, she was on hand to make some of the other entrants look great, while at the same time looking strong herself in her handful of spots.
Perhaps she could have benefitted from her period of sitting on the mat being cut down a tad, but regardless, Grace was a solid hand here.
