8 WWE NXT Call-Ups That Will Happen After WrestleMania 35
1. Lars Sullivan
A cheap entry? Maybe, but Lars Sullivan has been "coming soon" since that first vignette aired at Survivor Series 2018, and we're yet to see the former NXT monster arrive on Raw or SmackDown.
We all know why, of course, and there's every chance that Sullivan's concerning mental health issues may prevent him from ever mounting a pro-wrestling return. Tending to his reported anxiety is the obvious priority here. Fortunately, his employers seem to be giving Lars all the support in the world, and the big man's most recent updates suggest he's in a better place. Thus, a post-WrestleMania 35 arrival can't be ruled out entirely.
Sullivan's size, strength, and ability to play a convincing old-school monster heel are likely that prompted Vince McMahon to earmark him for a call-up in the first place. He looked a competent bruiser from the moment he first debuted on NXT television, destroying ineffective tag partners as Dylan Miley, and past trends suggest he'd be handed a strong push on arrival. Much would depend on his development from there, though it's clear that WWE won't thrust him into an uncomfortable position before he's fit and able.
