5. Trish Stratus

Trish Stratus is one of the most popular women to ever work in WWE.

Her natural charisma, signature look and years of hard work to become a superb in-ring worker have made her an icon of women's wrestling for several generations of fans. Nevertheless, she too has been seduced back to the ring after seemingly leaving wrestling for good.

In an unusual move, Trish Stratus announced that she would be retiring ahead of Unforgiven 2006. Taking on her real-life best friend and forever rival Lita in her hometown of Toronto, the stars couldn't have aligned more perfectly. Stratus walked into Unforgiven and defeated Lita to win her seventh Women's Championship, then vacated the title and went out on top.

Only Stratus then returned in 2011.

Her first match back was a loss to Vickie Guerrero (?!) on Raw, before she teamed with John Morrison and Jersey Shore's Snooki to defeat Dolph Ziggler and LayCool at WrestleMania XXVII. Since then, Trish has returned on various occasions, including a run for her '25 Years Of Stratusfaction' celebration in 2025, during which she even challenged Tiffany Stratton for the WWE Women's Championship at the second Evolution event.
