7. Super Calo

Super Calo didn't have the most spectacular run in WCW, but he sure made an impression while he was there.

Calo debuted with the company in 1996 and immediately turned heads with his unique ring garb. Far from your traditional lucha getup, Calo wore a mask that made it look like he was wearing a backwards cup and sunglasses!

His first major singles match was at the 1996 Fall Brawl pay-per-view, where he challenged Cruiserweight Champion Rey Mysterio. Although he was unsuccessful in his pursuit of the gold, his performance on the night made many sit up and take notice.

From there, Calo would primarily wrestle in energetic six-man matches and do little else. Still, while he didn't have a storyline or anything, he always put in the effort and stood out from some of the other luchadores he shared the ring with. His diving hurricanrana and flipping suicide dive made sure of that.

He left WCW in 1999 and has been a freelancer ever since. Whenever watching old episodes of Nitro on the WWE Network, keep an eye out for Calo (and don't skip him!).
