With the Royal Rumble three weeks away and only two people Big Show and Curtis Axel (the latter signalled his intention on WWE.com this weekend) declaring his intention to compete in the annual Rumble, there are plenty of spots left to be filled. Sure, its rare that more than 10-15 guys actually announce that they are competing in the Rumble, but with three episodes of Raw until the PPV, odds are that well see some more entrants announced. So who else will step up to compete in a match that guarantees the winner a world title match at WrestleMania? It sounds like a no-brainer, that everyone on the roster should hypothetically be gung-ho about entering, but we tend to get the annual parade of wrestlers declaring their interest, while others mysteriously dont enter. We know guys like Seth Rollins and Randy Orton are out, so could people like John Cena step up to bump up the star power? One name thats pretty likely is Ryback, who battled Big Show last week. The other 28 spots havent yet been spoken for.
