9 NXT Stars That Would Make A Huge Impact On WWE's Main Roster

7. Samoa Joe

Before bursting onto the scene in NXT, Samoa Joe was considered one of the best wrestlers to have never signed with WWE. Spending a lot of time on the indies and in TNA, Joe has a wide audience among the IWC and despite his less-than-conventional look as far as wrestlers go, he has amassed an impressive career and looks to continue it in the WWE. Right from the moment he debuted, Joe showed that he could hold his own at the top without even saying a word, and should he get called up to the main roster, there would be a number of roles Joe would fit perfectly into. The one that immediately springs to mind is a continuation of his rivalry with Kevin Owens, which ended rather abruptly without a definitive winner during the summer, when Owens was just getting started with John Cena. Hell, if Joe comes up to the main roster soon enough, the thought of Owens and Joe battling it out for the Intercontinental Championship on a big stage like Survivor Series or even TLC is a mouth-watering prospect. They may be bigger guys, but they have agility in spades, and would surely deliver a match-up, or if we€™re lucky, a series of matches worthy of the prestigious Intercontinental Title.
