7. Stephanie McMahon Versus Ronda Rousey
When The Rock confronted Triple H at WrestleMania 31, Stephanie McMahon got involved. "The People's Champion," however, had his own backup in the form of then-UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey. Rousey was seated ringside for the show, but Rock brought the longtime WWE fan in the ring to confront the "Billion Dollar Princess." Needless to say, things ended up getting heated, so Rousey took down McMahon and Triple H. Though the stage seemed to be set for a mixed tag match, rumors indicated that WWE was more interested in two separate singles bouts. Why it fell apart: Like The Rock, Rousey wanted to compete at WrestleMania 32 - for her, it would have been the realization of a lifelong dream. Nevertheless, UFC president Dana White wasn't about to let one of his contracted talents (and top draws) risk her health in an athletic contest, simulated or not, for someone else. Rousey kept teasing a WWE arrival online, and after her November loss to Holly Holm many wonder if she'll ever fight again, but she's currently still on a UFC contract and she won't be performing at WrestleMania or any other WWE show until that changes - just ask Brock Lesnar.
