Randy Orton looks like he's living his best life every time he's out there wrestling in front of fans nowadays. It's like the legend knows he can't do this stuff forever, so he's gonna enjoy every last second of active wrestling whilst he can. Also, Orton really shines in a tag-team setting. It's the best use of him in 2024.

Together, he and R-KO pal Kevin Owens had a tidy match vs. Austin Theory and Grayson Waller. The double DDT into a combined stunner and RKO spot at the end was all awesome. Sure, Theory and Waller need to get a move on with their split story, but both were terrific heel foil on Friday night's season premiere.

Surely a tag title run is on the cards for R-KO at some point?!

They gelled well together as a duo instantly, and have since added in some entertaining double team stuff. Kev mimicking Randy by coiling up for the RKO was a hoot, for example. Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa are in trouble as champions if this sort of thing continues.
