9 Ups & 3 Downs From Impact Wrestling (Jun 9)
1. Where's Kylie?
Tasha Steelz vs. Susie was a naff match to be completely honest. It wasn't anything too special, which is a shame as both knockouts are usually rather good. What made the match mean even less though was the lack of Kylie Rae at ringside. 'Smiley Kylie' has been seen with Susie essentially since Steelz and Kiera Hogan united in Impact, so her absence here was noteworthy.
As for the in-ring action itself, it was just more of the same. Susie apparently still has no clue how to wrestle aside from headlock takedowns and palm strikes, so it's a wonder why she's relentlessly being put into matches by management, while 'The Boricua Badass' spent the majority of the match poking fun at Su Yung's alter ego. A cutter put an end to the disappointing outing.
A rare miss from these two. No doubt it won't affect anyone in the long run as it was a meaningless match, but at least it gives Tasha Steelz a tick in the win column. Had Kylie Rae actually bothered to show up, then things perhaps would have been slightly different.
