9 Ups & 3 Downs From Impact Wrestling (Jun 9)

Ups...

9. Teasing The Inevitable

With the amount of releases WWE made a number of weeks ago, there was never any doubts that some of them would end up in Impact Wrestling. Deonna Purrazzo already has, and a handful of the released stars once made a home for themselves in the company. However, there are still one or two who never once appeared for Impact, one of whom wasn't even teased in last week's show-closing trailer - Heath Slater.

'The One Man Band' may not have featured there, but he was teased by Rhino after 'The War Machine' was targeted by Rohit Raju. 'The Desi Hitman' seemingly wanted to forge some sort of alliance with the ECW icon, with Rhino instead laying down the law, stating that he already has a partner, and he's got kids. It seems as if the inaugural WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions may be set to reunite.

While not necessarily a direct confirmation that Heath is on his way to the Impact Zone, it's a heavy tease at the very least.
