9 Ups & 6 Downs From Impact Wrestling (Oct 11)

6. Desi Domination

We've already spoken about the end result of The Rascalz vs. The Desi Hit Squad. Now, for the match itself. As most multi-person matches tend to go in Impact, this was quite the frantic encounter once things started picking up.

At the start, Mahabali Shera, Raj Singh, and Rohit Raju dominated their smaller adversaries but once Trey finally made the hot tag to Wentz, things intensified. From there, The Rascalz used their superior speed advantage to keep the opposing trio on their feet at all times, mixing a plethora of kicks with some tantalising flips and dives.

Nothing was stopping Shera though, not even an array of superkicks could knock him down. After catching Wentz mid-flight, he used him as a weapon to take out Dez and Trey, before planting him with an impactful powerslam to ensure victory for The Desi Hit Squad.

Since making his return to Impact as the newest disciple of Gama Singh, Mahabali Shera has reinvented himself. Your writer had some doubts about his return, seeing as he was a dancing buffoon the last time he was here. Now though, he's one of the most feared men walking around the Impact Wrestling locker room. Who knows what Gama does with his guys, but it sure does make them more dominant.
