9 Ups And 11 Downs From WrestleMania 32

5. A Solid Opener

When WWE added three more participants to the Intercontinental Championship ladder match a couple weeks ago, you couldn€™t help but wonder if we were just going to see a messy car crash instead of a really good ladder match.

But the seven men turned in an awesome performance, with some unique spots and a nice flow. If you weren€™t into this match, then you probably don€™t like ladder matches in general. Sin Cara hit a nice top rope somersault dive to the outside after getting knocked off his ladder. Dolph Ziggler superkicked everything in sight. Stardust paid homage to his late father Dusty Rhodes with a polka dot themed outfit and ladder. Zack Ryder hit an Elbro Drop off the top of the ladder to Miz.

However, the stars of the match (Ryder notwithstanding) were Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens. The two rivals went right at each other at the beginning and continued to pummel each other throughout the match. Zayn hit his tope dive by jumping through the ladder, then immediately hit his diving through the ropes DDT on the floor on KO. Owens hit a Pop-Up Powerbomb on Ziggler by pulling him off the ladder.

Altogether, it was a really entertaining match that gave each performer a spot to shine. Sure, we can bicker about the makeup of the match (and this writer has done that for weeks now), but this is the match we were handed, and it was pretty good.
