9 Ups And 11 Downs From WrestleMania 32

2. Battered But Not Broken

If you were hoping against hope that Dean Ambrose could pull off a miracle and slay the Beast, Brock Lesnar, then you were certainly disappointed.

But if you were watching for a slugfest and a violent trip to Suplex City, then you got your money€™s worth. Lesnar unleashed 10 German suplexes, a couple belly-to-belly suplexes and a pop-up superplex en route to defeating Ambrose handily.

That€™s not to say that Ambrose didn€™t put up a hell of a fight. He bludgeoned Brock with kendo sticks and steel chairs and hit Lesnar with everything in his arsenal, but the Beast was just that much better. It would be easy to be frustrated that Lesnar, the part-timer, beat the too-often-defeated Ambrose, but let€™s face it: This match was exactly what you had to expect. People pay to see Brock beat people up, and that€™s what we got.

It will be interesting, however, to see how Ambrose moves forward from this match.
