Well, you knew that someone had to be the fall guy for Brock Lesnar at Super Showdown.

Ricochet earned a shot at Brock and the WWE Championship in Saudi Arabia in a few weeks after winning a triple threat against Seth Rollins and Bobby Lashley, paying off a mini-back-and-forth he’s had with Lesnar in recent weeks.

Lesnar was on Raw a couple weeks back when Ricochet showed up and confronted him, saying he wasn’t afraid. Brock kicked him low and left him lying in the ring. Then at the Royal Rumble, Ricochet got revenge by hitting a low blow on Brock, allowing Drew McIntyre to Claymore kick him out of the Rumble match.

So on Monday, seconds after Ricochet earned a WWE title shot, Lesnar hit the ring and immediately hit an F-5 on a spent One and Only.

While the outcome really isn’t in doubt, Brock tends to have fun David versus Goliath matches, and maybe this will be similar. At least Ricochet will get a spotlight match at Super Showdown, which itself is a nice deal.
