9 Wrestlers That Need To Shine Bright At WWE Fastlane 2016

2. AJ Styles

AJ Styles has been impressive since debuting in the WWE, engaging instantly in a feud with one of the legend Chris Jericho. It's not often that you'll see a feud based solely on wins, losses, and who the better man is. While it's a simple concept, it's also super effective. There has been some criticism thrown WWE€™s way over treating AJ Styles like a rookie rather than an 18-year veteran, with even The Miz acting like he has more experience than €˜The Phenomenal One€™. You have to realise, however, that not the entire viewership is going to know who AJ Styles is or why they should invest in him right from the get-go. That€™s why pairing him with Chris Jericho is such a great idea, because when he eventually overcomes 'The Ayatollah of Rock 'n' Rolla' in this rivalry, people are going to respect him a little more and understand what all the fuss is about. With this in mind, assuming that Styles and Jericho square off for the final time at Fastlane, Styles needs to give everything he has in his first pay-per-view singles match. We don€™t know who AJ Styles will be squaring off against at WrestleMania, but no matter who it is, Styles needs to be going in hot. A big-time loss so soon in his WWE career is only going to do damage. He could potentially be a major player in the company this year, so he needs to look like a million bucks this weekend.
