Well, that was certainly a short run with the company.

In an official announcement, WWE has confirmed that they’ve parted ways with Adnan Virk. Virk had been a part of Raw’s three-man announce team since debuting on the post-WrestleMania 37 episode of WWE’s red brand action, bringing his on-screen tenure with the promotion to an end after just six weeks of television.

As per WWE:

WWE and Adnan Virk have mutually agreed to part ways. WWE thanks Adnan for his work.

For Virk, he's moved to quickly comment on this news, citing the strains that the travel involved in the job was putting on his family and his other work. And in fairness, that travel schedule was only going to get more hectic once WWE returns to the road in July.

What this means for the Raw announce team remains to be seen, with Adnan having been part of a reshuffle that saw him and Corey Graves replace Tom Phillips and Samoa Joe alongside Bryon Saxton on Monday nights. It could well be that, at least in the immediate future, Phillips is brought back to the announce desk on Raw while WWE decides how best to handle Virk’s departure.

Away from WWE, Adnan Virk made his name hosting MLB, NFL, college football and boxing programming for the likes of ESPN, DAZN, MLB Network and The Score. To say it was a rough few weeks on WWE commentary for Virk would be an understatement, with him clearly struggling to get to grips with the ins and outs of calling WWE action.
