AEW Double Or Nothing 2024: 10 Nightmares That Could Come True

3. House Of Black = Judgment Day Rehash

If Adam Copeland loses on Sunday, then the pre-match stipulation says he has to bow down to House Of Black and effectively become a member by default. Cope has been living the nightmares Malakai Black's group favours over the past while anyway. His face was a picture when he started bleeding from the mouth recently.

It'd be worth someone backstage asking what the plan would be if Adam did have to join HOB. Would he eventually accept his fate and shift back into the same sort of dark character he played right at the start of Judgment Day over in WWE? If so, would that run too close to Edge's final heel bid (which turned out be a bit of a failure)?

Doing this wouldn't help AEW's own identity, 'cause a lot of people would draw comparisons between House Of Black with Copeland and Judgment Day with Edge. On the plus side, Adam and Malakai could be a good team, but they're probs more natural enemies.

AEW shouldn't willingly leech off recent WWE ideas.
