AEW Full Gear 2020: 10 Things That Must Happen

5. 'Elite Deletion' Breaks Up The Card

Cinematic. Silliness.

That's virtually guaranteed in this 'Elite Deletion' pre-tape between Matt Hardy and Sammy Guevara. If AEW are smart, they'll learn from All Out and resist placing this in the opening spot on the pay-per-view too. It should be smack bang in the middle of the card instead.

Also, it'd be great if Matt could steer clear of reckless bumps. No-one needs to see the guy almost kill himself for their entertainment in 2020, and it's not like this surefire comedy-fest needs that kind of thing anyway. If anything, it's Guevara who should be soaking up most of the punishment.

AEW can get away with penning a popular babyface win here. This is a coming out party for Sammy regardless of result, and it's wise to let Hardy win his own match type. A mid-card romp through the 'Broken' universe sounds fun.
