AEW: Ranking Every 2020 Signing's Run From Best To Worst
13. Miro
When the former Rusev turned up in AEW, people got excited. Rightfully, too, as the Bulgarian Brute had been one of WWE's most underrated performers for years before his release this past April.
Debuting as the "Best Man" of Kip Sabian and Penelope Ford, the newly-christened Miro cut an amazing promo on Dynamite and has yet to be pinned in either singles or tag team competition. Sadly, that's all there really is to say about Miro's AEW run so far.
Despite coming into the company as one of the hottest free agents in the world, there wasn't really much space for him at the time. The tag division was taken up by FTR and the Young Bucks, the TNT Title scene was all Cody, Brodie Lee, and Darby Allin, and Miro hasn't been positioned as a World Championship contender just yet. So, Miro floated around in the lower midcard, occasionally popping up for a segment with Kip but never doing anything noteworthy.
Miro gets this spot on the list because his debut was so impressive. The rest of his AEW run has been somewhat underwhelming so far, but, with a feud with Orange Cassidy on the horizon, things could finally be looking up for the Best Man.
