AEW Revolution 2024: 10 Things That Must Happen

2. Ric Flair’s Involvement Is Minimal

No, no we don’t need the ‘Nature Boy’ locking on Figure Fours aplenty, hitting chops and trying to make the moment all about him. He can be involved (Ric will be ringside), but please keep it to a bare minimum otherwise he’ll hog the spotlight and turn this into 'Flair For The Gold'.

Revolution isn't Ric's moment; it belongs to Sting.

The Young Bucks can always rough him up a little if Flair must work a spot, but that should be it. There's zero call for Ric getting carted to the back then rushing out as some old-school saviour for the man he helped put on the map back in the 1980s. That'd be a bit much to stomach here.

Stick Flair at ringside, have him interact here or there, then let him applaud Stinger from the sidelines as the icon basks in the glory of a job well done. This absolutely cannot be all about Ric. Problem is, he finds it difficult to be a background supporting actor!
