Having been out of action since June, AEW's Bandido has this weekend revealed he's had to undergo a second operation on his wrist.

Taking to X, the former ROH World Champion noted how this second surgery was successful and thanked those who have sent him support.

Bandido last wrestled on the 14 June episode of AEW Rampage, where he came up short against Konosuke Takeshita.

Back at the start of the month, Bandido again took to X, this time to detail how he had three options regarding his wrist. Two of those options would require surgery, while one would be a case of physiotherapy. Clearly, the 28-year-old has opted to take one of the options that called for him to go under the knife once more.

Bandido made his AEW debut in September 2022 in a losing effort against Chris Jericho, and he'd formally become #AllElite that November. Unfortunately, a mixture of visa issues and injury has seen Bandido compete just 13 times for AEW so far.
