AEW Worlds End 2023: 10 Nightmares That Could Come True

2. Jack Perry Is The Devil

There's been a lot of talk about exactly how AEW will blow off this Devil reveal. Strap in and brace yourselves for two nightmare outcomes that'll both sag and annoy fans who have been drawn in by this MJF narrative. What if it's one of the following two people?!

First, it's Jungle Boy.

Well, Jack Perry. Entire podcast episodes have been dedicated to the idea that Perry is under the Devil's mask and fancies taking a stab at MJF's AEW World Title. Eric Bischoff, who isn't exactly shy when criticising All Elite's television output, thinks that'd be a worst-case-scenario for the storyline, and he probably isn't alone there.

In fact, Bisch definitely isn't alone there. This humble writer believes casting Jungle Boy Jack as The Devil would be akin to putting a creative bullet through the story's skull. Apologies to any Perry fans, but Jack just isn't big time enough to assume a role this grand.
