People within AEW believe that Tony Khan has gotten his company's CM Punk drama "out of his system" following the controversial decision to air backstage fight footage from last year's All In event on Wednesday's episode of Dynamite.

On Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez reported that Khan has claimed the situation is "done" - and that he is moving on from the Punk situation.

Alvarez noted that "everyone" in AEW and competitors WWE were talking about the All In footage after Dynamite. The AEW reaction was mostly one of disbelief, with personnel questioning why footage showing the incident leading to Punk being dismissed by AEW with cause was shown. In his reporting, Alvarez used the term "rock bottom", stating that some people were "very upset."

CCTV footage showing Punk confronting Jack Perry backstage at All In was presented on Dynamite as a means of furthering The Young Bucks' feud with Punk allies FTR. In it, Punk clearly shoves Perry in the chest after a verbal confrontation, putting the former 'Jungle Boy' in a chokehold before the fracas is broken up.

Perry has not been seen in AEW since the event, instead occupying his time as a member of NJPW's House of Torture stable.
