All 12 WWE NXT Women's Champions Ranked Worst To Best

1. Shayna Baszler

Charlotte Flair NXT Title

Despite Asuka never losing a match in her time in NXT, The Empress of Tomorrow falls just short of being the greatest NXT Women's Champion of all time. That honor goes to Shayna Baszler, who spent two years as the final boss of NXT's women's division.

Shortly after arriving in NXT, The Queen of Spades would challenge for the NXT Women's Title against Ember Moon. Unsuccessful in her first attempt, Baszler would take out The War Goddess at Takeover: New Orleans to win the championship. She would defend her title for four months before the ghost of Kairi Sane would re-emerge, with a roll-up ending Shayna's first reign at just 132 days.

That would turn out to be just the beginning for Baszler, who would get her title back at the first all-women pay-per-view Evolution. With help from Marina Shafir and Jessamyn Duke, the former UFC star would finally put Kairi behind her. Over the next 416 days, Shayna would take down every challenger to step up. Bianca Belair, Io Shirai, Mia Yim, Candice LeRae and Raquel Gonzalez all fell to The Queen of Spades before she herself finally fell to Rhea Ripley shortly before then moving to the main roster.

At 548 days over two reigns, Baszler has the most combined time as champion and is tied with Charlotte for the most title wins. That, along with the presentation of Shayna as a legitimate badass, makes her the greatest NXT Women's Champion of all time.
