Following the same recipe as earlier, to make a Brock Lesnar/Roman Reigns match better, add more wrestlers. In this instance, Samoa Joe and Braun Strowman were added to the mix in a WWE Universal Championship bout.

Last year’s SummerSlam main event was a barn-burner of a match, all action from bell to bell. The four heavyweights threw everything at each other for 20+ minutes, and each man got a chance to dominate the match. But the clear favorite – and the main reason this was so awesome – was Braun, who decimated the competition, beating Brock so badly he had to be carted off on a stretcher.

But Lesnar would make a miraculous comeback and defend his title by hitting an F-5 and pinning Reigns. Yes, even in a four-way match, Brock pinned Roman.

While this match rates so high given the action, it can’t be ignored that fans clearly hated everything Roman did, and SummerSlam was in the same place last year it will be this year, Brooklyn. So yeah, don’t expect a hero’s welcome for the Big Dog.
