12. The Return Of The Diva Search - Coming This Fall

WWE spans the globe in search of the most beautiful, athletic and charismatic women to find the next stunning WWE Diva. This competition will give viewers the opportunity to witness the challenges, trials, drama and rewards that accompany the journey of these women, as they vie for superstardom. Coming this Fall.
This one is probably going to elicit groans from most of the fan base. The original diva searches produced some memorable performers who had some longevity in the business - The Bellas, Eve Torres, Ashley Massaro and Christy Hemme among them. However, the segments featuring the actual competition themselves were almost always abysmal television. Many fans will probably be angry that WWE is sifting through models and wannabe actresses to find their next female performers while they have a stockpile of good-to-great talent already in NXT just waiting for the opportunity on the big stage. Unless the company manages to snag some already established names for the reboot of the diva search or bypass the PG mandate and make it more adult-oriented (which isn't going to happen), this one probably won't bring in many new subscribers.
