7. Shane McMahon - $2.2 Million

The other half of the main match at WrestleMania 32, Shane McMahon edged The Undertaker out by a couple hundred thousands dollars. In a sense, it's fair - while Undertaker didn't do anything after WrestleMania, Shane stuck around as a regular performer. First, he co-ran Raw with his sister Stephanie, then he took control of Smackdown once the rosters were split.

Shane also wrestled a second match, although his performance was even less memorable than at WrestleMania. He was part of the five-on-five Raw versus Smackdown match at the Survivor Series and, in typical McMahon fashion, he was booked strongly and underdelivered. He manhandled Roman Reigns, but his lack of finesse led to him causing facial damage to Chris Jericho. He also hit his head on his elimination spot, leading to a scary couple of moments.

Despite all that, though, Shane's return was a huge angle that got people talking and ultimately paved the way for the financial success of WrestleMania 32. It's hard to say that he didn't deserve to be compensated appropriately.

Was he worth it? Yes.
