Jericho talks about DeMott running the system at Deep South and asked how man workers came out of there and made it into WWE. Bill names Kofi Kingston, The Miz, Mike Knox, Doc Gallows, Ray Gordy, Jack Swagger, Brodus Clay and MVP. The system was only in place 18 months, and was moved to Tampa, and then in 2007 DeMott finished up with WWE because they were "moving in a different direction. Jericho asks if any of the Deep South guys ever lodged complaints against him, and he said there's always going to be complaints, especially from the ones who didn't have the passion and drive to succeed. He says that what people fail to realize is that he was in there with them, on the sidelines and putting in the same amount of hours, attacking the role as an overachiever.
