Brock Lesnar and Goldberg's first match in 2004 was a stilted, half-a*sed affair put on by two people who were already on their way out of the company. Their second match in 2016 wasn't really so much a match as much as it was an angle, with Goldberg executing all of three moves to dispatch of Lesnar. Fans weren't sure what kind of match we were going to get at WrestleMania 33.

Could Goldberg even have a good match, given his issues with stamina?

Well, he could. In the ultimate example of playing to strengths, the two had a match that was all killer and no filler. Consisting of nothing but signature moves, Brock and Goldberg performed their greatest hits in quick succession to the joy of the crowd. This was everything their WrestleMania XX match wasn't: quick, energetic, and fun.

In an era when WWE are now hell-bent on crowding their WrestleManias with long matches and multi-man encounters, it's quite ironic that for 33, the consensus MOTN was two guys simply hitting their signature moves for five minutes.

It goes to show what kind of magic you get with the likes of Goldberg and Brock Lesnar.
