Bad news for those excited about the upcoming Brock Lesnar DVD/Blu-Ray collection. According to WrestlingDVDNetwork.com, there will no longer be a feature documentary included in the set.

There will be some new interviews included between the matches, but we don't know yet who they're from, or what they entail. We do however now know a retrospective covering The Beast's life and career seems to be out for now.

This is a bit of a bummer, as we haven't seen a Brock feature released from WWE since 2003 in Here Comes the Pain. The man's life has been incredibly fascinating since then, with a public falling out from WWE, a brief NFL stint, and a reign as UFC Heavyweight Champion. He's turned into one of the biggest sports celebrities on the planet. There is a great story to be told, and sadly, we're going to miss out on most of it for now.

This appears to be a bit of a last minute change, as just recently, a feature was listed as included in the set. Hopefully someday the company is able to get Lesnar, Paul Heyman, Vince McMahon and others to sit down, and try to tell the full story of his career. However, it looks like we'll probably have to wait a long time for something like that.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
