With last night clearly an emotional one for Cody Rhodes and those close to him, that emotion was amped up even more by a gift given to the American Nightmare following his WrestleMania XL main event against Roman Reigns.

Speaking at the post-'Mania Night 2 press conference, Cody revealed he'd had an extremely special, heartfelt gift from Triple H, Bruce Prichard, and Nick Khan in the form of a Rolex watch. However, this wasn't just any Rolex.

As Cody has previously revealed, the legendary Dusty Rhodes had promised his son his Rolex if Cody were to ever win the WWE World Title. When Dusty tragically passed away in 2015, though, Cody discovered that his father had actually pawned that Rolex years ago in order to pay for Cody and his sister Teil to go to acting school, without ever informing Cody about that.

By doing some extensive digging, WWE was able to track down that Rolex and surprise Cody with it all these years later. To be precise, Triple H said Nick Khan came up with the idea, and Bruce Prichard was the one who did a lot of the detective work to track down this watch.
