WWE announces its return to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

With it yesterday reported that WWE was looking to take the King and Queen of the Ring tournaments to Saudi Arabia, there's now confirmation on when the next Saudi-held Premium Live Event will be taking place.

Previously, the belief was that WWE would be returning to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in May, and that is indeed to be the case. As seen in a brief video at WrestleMania XL Night 2, Saturday 25 May will see WWE King & Queen of the Ring held at the Jeddah Super Dome. In addition to that, Jeddah will also host the SmackDown episode prior to that PLE.

WWE last visited Saudi Arabia in November for Crown Jewel 2023, where the main event saw LA Knight unsuccessful in his attempt to dethrone Roman Reigns as the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.

In terms of WWE's PLE schedule, next up is Backlash from Décines-Charpieu, France's LDLC Arena on Saturday 4 May, and Saturday 15 June will see Glasgow, Scotland's OVO Hydro host Clash at the Castle. Now, sandwiched between those, will be King & Queen of the Ring.
