The Mad King was shooting from the hip after Dynamite went off the air last night.

Is there a more engaging presence in professional wrestling than Eddie Kingston with a mic in his hand? Likely not. And after last night’s episode of AEW Dynamite went off the air, the Mad King had some choice words for “the competition”.

This Saturday night Dynamite outing was headlined by Kenny Omega successfully retaining the AEW World Championship against Jungle Boy, with the show going off the air after Omega, Matt Hardy, Private Party and the Young Bucks had left Jungle Boy and Christian Cage laying.

Once the cameras stopped rolling, Eddie Kingston and Penta El Zero Miedo made the save, running off the heels with a couple of steel chairs in hand. Then, it was the Mad King’s time to do what he does best.

Addressing the Daily’s Place crowd, Kingston took some jabs at WWE, proclaiming how “the competition” doesn’t want to hear from their fans and how “the competition” will not give you a match like Kenny Omega vs. Jungle Boy or a product that has the heart of the AEW locker room.

Eddie Kingston and Penta El Zero Miedo face the Young Bucks this coming Wednesday, with Kingston and Penta earning themselves a future shot at the Bucks’ AEW Tag Team Championships if they can get the win here.
