10. Adam Page Vs. Chris Jericho (All Out 2019)

With regards to the overarching lore of All Elite Wrestling, Chris Jericho vs. Adam Page being the match to crown the company's inaugural World Champion makes sense.

You couldn't strap a rocket to a Jungle Boy or an MJF at that time because they simply weren't ready for the platform, though MJF wasn't far off. Jericho, meanwhile, was a legend of the business, having been a stalwart of mainstream wrestling since the early 1990s. As for Page, he'd risen to prominence in Ring Of Honor and New Japan through association with Bullet Club.

They were ideal choices for the final match prior to Dynamite's premiere on TNT.

The match didn't quite reach expectations, but it remained a solid match nonetheless. Page's enthralling aerial offence made for visual excellence that was matched perfectly by Jericho's more technical approach; he targeted Page's arm, the same arm that 'Hangman' uses for the Buckshot Lariat, thus lessening the impact of the typically match-ending finish.

You could tell here that Page still had a few kinks to be worked out before he could be positioned as the face of Tony Khan's TEW save. One glaring example was his tendency to repeat certain moves rather than change up his moveset; he hit a total of three Rolling Elbows when only one was needed. That's a heavy nitpick, though.
