Every WCW Heavyweight Champion: Where Are They Now?

8. Jeff Jarrett

Jeff Jarrett Royal Rumble 2018
WWE

Two years after it was announced he was going to join the Hall of Fame, it's still mind-blowing that Jeff Jarrett not only returned to WWE, but was welcomed back with open arms and given a full-time role as a producer, then as part of the creative team. This is the same Jeff Jarrett that left the company two decades prior on what can only be described as rocky terms.

He then spearheaded the competition for another decade and a half, opposing WWE at every turn as he looked to build off the personal success he garnered in the dying days of WCW, and translate that into another promotion that could topple the Vince McMahon-led giant of the industry.

That aforementioned WCW success came in his second run with the company, and it saw Jarrett win all four of his World Championships within a five week period. This was the year 2000, when WCW had their main belt change hands 19 times and be vacated six times all in the one year.

Because... WCW.

He would go on to found TNA, win championships in Mexico with AAA, drop into Japan for a brief period and work on whatever the hell Global Force Wrestling was supposed to be.
