Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson has become the most successful wrestler of all time to transition into mainstream media. On top of that, he was already amongst similar company inside the wrestling industry, capturing a record (at the time) seven WWE Championships when he started chasing Hollywood, adding an eighth 11 years later.

He won the WCW Championship twice, first defeating Booker T and then Chris Jericho within four months in the height of the Invasion storyline.

Since his initial departure from WWE in 2003, he has gone on to become the highest-grossing actor on the planet, creating a multi-million dollar empire that includes his own production company and brand of tequila. The man is literally a rock, becoming a bodybuilding icon for his outrageous physique, he's bolstered franchises, created TV shows, starred in countless movies, both iconic and fairly forgettable. There is very little Johnson hasn't achieved.

In recent times he's wrapped up his HBO series Ballers, released three feature films in 2019: Fighting With My Family, Hobbs & Shaw and Jumanji: The Next Level. He has Jungle Cruise and Black Adam wrapping up and set for release. He's hosted the second season of his game show The Titan Games, and even found time for a cameo in Taylor Swift's new song The Man.

That's all just within the 12-to-18 months. The man keeps himself busy.
