Although not the first match to break the scale, Kenny Omega's main event match against Kazuchika Okada at Wrestle Kingdom 11 was the first in a very long time and brought about significant change in the way Dave Meltzer hands out stars.

Omega would go onto put in two more scale-busting performances with this same opponent before facing Okada one last time in a two-out-of-three falls match at Dominion 2018. That match not only capped off that epic rivalry, but it also capped off Dave's scale with an unfathomable 7 star score.

Combine these matches with the eleven other 5+ star-ers he's had in New Japan and the four he's had so far in AEW and Kenny joins Will on 19 perfect or better scores.

Few wrestling nicknames have been as apt as "The Best Bout Machine" as Kenny can't seem to help himself when it comes to churning out classics. He has command over his body in a way that other wrestlers can only dream of and his extensive catalogue of moves always gets a pop no matter how often he busts them out.

Quite simply, Kenny is one of the all-time greats. Most exciting of all, he's nowhere near done.
