Every WWE Clash Of Champions Match Ranked From Worst To Best
11. Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross Vs. Mandy Rose & Sonya Deville (2019)
This was a great women's tag match that showcased all four's strengths and had a great pace throughout, that was derailed by the 24/7 division's unnecessary grating shenanigans.
This was one of the best matches that the unexpected duo of Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross had together, and showcased the perpetually underrated Fire and Desire tag team wonderfully. It was well structured to highlight all four women’s strengths and it had a great sense of momentum to it- you could feel that it was building up to something pretty great.
Unfortunately, at a crucial point in the match, R Truth and a parade of lower midcarders interrupted this title match for the sake of shenanigans. Nothing eventful happened - it was just a cynical display of comedy that only succeeded to undermine belts that had never gotten the respect they deserved. An insult to the four women in the ring, the women's tag belts and the division as a whole and it sadly wouldn't be the only women's match in late 2019 overshadowed by brawling men.
Still, without that interruption, this is one of the better matches that the women's tag belts have provided so far.
