...because D'Lo Brown made holding all the gold look remarkably cool for a time where sincerity was rather scarce.

Considered something of a can't-miss prospect in the midcard before a confidence-sapping accident in a match with Droz later that year that rendered 'Puke' paralysed, D'Lo was all smiles going into his double-title-defence against Jeff Jarrett at SummerSlam 1999. He was screwed out of each one by former friend Mark Henry at the finish, and never really reached such heights on in the hearts of fans again.
