Every WWE NXT TakeOver: Dallas Wrestler - Where Are They Now?

4. Asuka

The woman who beat Bayley in Dallas and shattered the hearts of millions of people in the process was Asuka.

This was the beginning of a NXT Women's Championship reign that would last for 510 days, which is still the longest in the title's history. WWE called Asuka up in 2017 and kept her undefeated streak going. She won the first ever women's Royal Rumble and defeated Charlotte Flair to win the...oh wait, that didn't happen. She lost at WrestleMania 34 instead

Whoops.

The 'Empress Of Tomorrow' currently occupies a similar position to her Dallas foe. She's won just about everything there is to win and crept into the main event scene a few times, but has never managed to make any of these expeditions to the top stick.

Similarly to Bayley, she currently finds herself in a tag team, this time with Kairi Sane. She's always there if WWE needs a main event challenger, but that's it. The modern positions of Bayley and Asuka are proof of just how far women's wrestling has come in 10 years, but also on how WWE systematically overlooks some of their most important players
