Ah, the first-ever Royal Rumble. There were only twenty entrants, absolutely no prize was on the line, and it was won by a brain-damaged man who loves lumber. Looking back, it's pretty amazing that it became a yearly thing. Since the first Rumble had no stakes, it's no real shock that it didn't boast unimpeachable star power. Still, all four guys were bonafide upper midcarders, and the right guy won in Hacksaw. Don't get me wrong, I never got the guy, but he has always, always been over. *crosses eyes* USA, tough guy!
