Former WWE worker Steven/Stevie Richards has revealed that "there was never one day where [he] felt comfortable in that locker room".

The one-time Right To Censor leader, who also had stints in both ECW and WCW, told Rene Dupree's podcast that he "dressed with the extras" elsewhere in arenas because he "never felt comfortable with most of the main talent".

Some fans may recall stories from the likes of The Miz and others about being banished from the locker room. This wasn't that - no, Richards chose to steer clear of the main dressing rooms because he either didn't see eye-to-eye with or wasn't keen on many of the wrestlers in there.

Stevie was under contract to WWE between 1999-2008. He's best-remembered for the RTC gig, but also enjoyed a staggering 21 reigns as Hardcore Champion during his near-decade of service with the promotion. Despite being on the payroll for years though, Richards found friends hard to come by.

He'd actively hunt out hired-in local enhancement workers or arena staff members and get changed in their locker rooms instead. The WWE dressing room wasn't a great place for Steven to be, apparently.
