It's an "OCD thing".

Not many people on the planet have abs like Finn Bálor.

The NXT man has worked tirelessly to sculpt a body most humans can only dream about, and it's safe to assume he's no stranger to 'Red Hot Core' workouts. In an interview with GQ.com though, Bálor claimed that he actually likes to chill out in the gym too.

In fact, he has one rather unique quirk that he always does when he first enters the room. Rather than hitting the weights straight away or blasting a quick warm up on the treadmill, Finn finds a quiet corner with some exercise bikes, chooses one and... sits on it doing nothing for six minutes.

That's six minutes exactly. Not 5:59, not 6:01, but six on the button, and that's something Bálor himself describes as an "OCD thing". He has to do this every single time he goes to the gym or works out on the road. It's his way of slowing his brain down from the rigours of a pro wrestling schedule, and it also helps him acclimatise to being in a public place.

No, this isn't quite the secret to getting abs like WWE's finest. Daily non-workouts won't turn you into the next NXT superstar.
