How 8 WCW Mega-Stars Fared In WWE

1. Eric Bischoff

During his days as WCW top-honcho, Eric Bischoff made himself a star. He was driven with obsession to run WWE into the ground. He had brought in top WWE talent, while the competitor in him allowed his product to innovate and to shine. Quite frankly, you never knew what WCW was going to do next, and that's what made them great (from a viewer€™s standpoint). He was the bad guy we all loved to hate, which in wrestling, means you're doing something right. Following the purchase of WCW, it didn€™t take long for Vince McMahon to shock the wrestling world in 2002 when he brought Bischoff onto Raw and introduced him as the show€™s new General Manager. We were treated to a sight we had never seen before, in which the former counterparts embraced in two awkward man-hugs on the stage of Monday Night Raw. Bischoff€™s presence and charisma was great for television. He was fun to watch and became a prominent character. But we all knew he was just that; a character, and any character in the WWE world can be disposed of. After a solid 3-year run, he was written off storylines by getting tossed into a garbage truck by none other than Vince McMahon. We€™ve rarely seen Eric since.
