Cody Rhodes could be forgiven for being unhappy that Sami Zayn is currently rivalling him for top babyface spot in WWE. This "problem" is actually a blessing for the company, but it does dilute Cody's march towards a WrestleMania 39 showdown vs. head boy Roman Reigns.

Rhodes has told Peter Rosenberg's 'Cheap Heat' show that he's totally cool with Sami's organic rise from Bloodline "Honorary Uce" to sympathetic hero. In fact, Cody's outlook on fans having two viable challengers for Reigns is rather simple: "Give them everything".

The Royal Rumble winner also added in that he "really likes" and "really respects" Zayn as a performer anyway, so there's zero heat between them for how things are going. In a smart moment, Rhodes used the pod as a platform to tease that Cody vs. Sami would also be a fun outcome for 'Mania 39.

That's highly unlikely, but it is wise of Rhodes to toy with the idea of a babyface vs. babyface clash in SoFi Stadium right before WWE's Elimination Chamber pay-per-view this weekend.

In short, Cody has no issues with Zayn's breakout performances as a face.
